Once you have confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, Customer addresses, etc., please check whether such an option is available in your account. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis. 

The risk of loss of, damage to and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It shall be your (if you are a User) or your Customer's (if you are a Merchant) responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case Printful will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product. For Users in the European Economic Area the risk of loss of, damage to and title for Products will pass to you when you or a third party indicated by you has acquired the physical possession of the Products.

If carrier tracking indicates that a Product was lost in transit, you or your Customer may make a written claim for replacement of (or credit to the Member’s account for) the lost Product in compliance with Printful’s Return Policy. For Products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.  All such claims are subject to Printful investigation and sole discretion.

When Will I Get My Order?

Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–7 days before being shipped out. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated shipping times. You can follow our product manufacturing times and add additional shipping time as follows:

Will I Be Charged Customs for My Order?

Customs and tax fees may apply to international orders and are assessed by your local customs office. Please check with your local customs office to determine if duties and taxes apply to your purchases.

My Order Should Be Here By Now, But I Still Don't Have It. What Should I Do?

If your order hasn't arrived yet, please check the following:

  • Verify the shipping address in your confirmation email.
  • Contact your local post office to inquire about your package.
  • Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. If the shipping address is correct and you still haven't received your package, please email us at Tropicalseasclothing@gmail.com with your order number.

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper with locations worldwide to efficiently print and ship orders.

How Do I Track My Order?

I Received a Wrong/Damaged Product, What Should I Do?

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us at Tropicalseasclothing@gmail.com within a week of receipt. Include photos of the damaged product and your order number for prompt resolution. For more information please visit our Return and Refund Policy page.
